Igor Slutskiy is the founder and principal consultant of Business Optimum, LLC and the creator of the Business Tripod Framework™ (BTF). He is a California-licensed CPA with a Big-4 audit foundation, two decades of CFO and COO leadership, and hands-on command of the ERP and EPM platforms that finance teams live in every day.

That combination shapes how every engagement runs. Igor doesn't hand the technical work to one team and the accounting work to another – he owns the fix financially, architecturally, and operationally, from Current State Assessment through go-live, until the finance team runs the systems independently and the CFO trusts the numbers.
